Ken-O Expressway closed from Kisarazu JCT to Mobara-Chonan; Tateyama Expressway also closed
Heavy rain has closed the Ken-O Expressway between Kisarazu JCT and Mobara-Chonan IC and the Tateyama Expressway between Kimitsu IC and Futtsu-Takeoka IC. Reopening times are unknown.
Ken-O Expressway closed from Kisarazu JCT to Mobara-Chonan
The closure was extended at 3:46 p.m. on September 7 to include Kisarazu JCT to Kisarazu-Higashi IC. The continuous section from Kisarazu JCT to Mobara-Chonan IC is unavailable.
Tateyama Expressway closed from Kimitsu to Futtsu-Takeoka
Both directions between Kimitsu IC and Futtsu-Takeoka IC have been closed since 3:21 p.m. NEXCO East had not announced reopening times in its 4:00 p.m. update.
Rail services also suspended
The Uchibo Line between Kimitsu and Awa-Kamogawa and the entire Kururi Line are suspended for the day. Check the latest official information before travel.
