Mishima buses restart with the 15:00 Kisarazu departure; Kimitsu loop also resumes
Nitto's September 23 afternoon update does not restore every route. Kisarazu–Futtsu, Hatazawa and Anegasaki services remain without a restart outlook.
Nitto's September 23, 14:30 notice says Mishima Line returns to normal service with the 15:00 departure from Kisarazu Station West Exit. Kimitsu City Loop resumed from 10:40 at Kimitsu Station North Exit for direction A and 10:25 at Yaehara A3-tomae for direction B.
Our morning report said the city loop had no restart outlook; the later morning notice changed that.
Remaining disruptions
Kisarazu–Futtsu, Hatazawa, Anegasaki and Sakuradai Danchi still have no restart outlook. Susai runs between the Kimitsu Station side and Nakajima; Kanozan between Sanukimachi Station and Iwatomi-minamiguchi. Hiraoka skips Tokyo German Village while the park is closed.
