At midday on holidays the restaurant gets crowded, with many visitors arriving in cars with out-of-prefecture plates, and it closes once the dough runs out, so if you want to eat without waiting, coming right after opening or on a weekday is the sure option. Reservations by phone or online are not accepted, and glasses of wine tend to be poured more generously than usual. Takeout is also available.

本格ナポリピザの中でも「ビアンカハーブ」や「マルゲリータ」が定番の人気メニューとして繰り返し挙げられている。土日祝日は開店前から行列ができ、生地がなくなり次第閉店するため早めの来店が必要になる傾向がある。明治期の古民家を改装した趣ある店内も好評の要素として語られている。
