Sodegaura Farm and Livestock Products Direct Sales Center Yuri-no-Sato

A direct sales shop for agricultural and livestock products from Sodegaura, carrying seasonal vegetables such as lettuce, tomatoes, taro, daikon radish, and peanuts, as well as gelato made with local ingredients. There is free parking for 68 standard vehicles and 3 large vehicles, and since it is next to Sodegaura Park (袖ケ浦公園), it is easy to stop by together with a visit to the park. Hours are 9:30 to 18:00, but on the last day of every month it closes at 16:00 for stocktaking, and it is closed on the second Wednesday (except in August), so if you plan to go in the late afternoon, keep in mind whether it is the end of the month.

A farm stand where produce and livestock products, mainly from Sodegaura, can be bought in the first half of a trip. Deliveries and sell-outs of fresh items depend on the day, so if local vegetables are the main aim, calling in during the morning and bringing a way to keep them cool makes them easier to handle.
