- 君津市人見にある入館無料の資料館で、ノリづくりを中心とした地域の漁業資料を展示しています。上総ノリを広めた近江屋甚兵衛の功績やノリの栄養・成長の仕組みなど、学習向けの展示構成です。10名以上の団体であれば事前申込でノリつけ体験もでき、小中学生の校外学習にも向いています。開館は水・金・土・日曜のみで、月・火・木曜は休館します。
- The Kimitsu City Fisheries Museum in Hitomi, Kimitsu, features exhibits focused on nori (seaweed) farming, including topographic models and photos comparing the harbor's past and present, the history of Omiya Jinbei who spread local nori farming, and dioramas recreating nori production techniques from the Showa 20s-30s era (1940s-1960s). Admission is free, and groups of 10 or more can join a hands-on program to actually attach nori.
