Located on the grounds of Don Quijote Kimitsu, this is a parking lot for customers of the stores in the building, including the sashimi izakaya "Otomi-san" on the second floor. Its opening hours, 9:00 to 1:00 the next morning, match Don Quijote's late-night operating hours, so it's unlikely to cause trouble leaving even if you stay late at the izakaya. As it's a dedicated lot, long-term parking by those not using the in-building stores is not intended.
