Takagoyama Natural Zoo

餌となるエサを持って入ると野生のニホンザルが一斉に集まってくる体験型の動物園として紹介されている。サツマイモはよく食べるがナスは好みが分かれるなど個体差を観察できる点が興味深いとされ、柵越しに安全な距離でサルの序列を観察できる点も利用者の関心を集めている。

高宕山自然動物園 is a wildlife park in Toyooka, Futtsu, operated next to the habitat of wild Japanese macaques. It is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Futtsu has 73 leisure and sightseeing facilities, and this is among the city's nature-observation facilities where visitors can plan to spend a substantial amount of time.
