Although it calls itself a conveyor-belt sushi restaurant, in practice the main style is ordering directly from the chefs to have sushi made, rather than taking plates from the lane. Dishes using local Boso fish, such as a 3-kind local fish platter, namero, and overflowing ikura, are popular, and the place is chosen for the freshness and size of its toppings. On the other hand, the bill tends to be higher than at typical conveyor-belt sushi chains, so it is best to budget about 2,000 to 4,000 yen per person. It is open 11:00 to 20:30 on weekdays and 11:00 to 22:00 on Saturdays and Sundays, with parking on the premises.
