Futtsu lifts the Shikahara forest-road closure in Shikoma and Nashizawa
The typhoon-related closure of the Shikahara forest road was lifted on September 25, Futtsu announced on its website and by official email.
Futtsu announced on September 25 that the closure of the Shikahara forest road in the Shikoma and Nashizawa areas had been lifted. The section had been closed following a landslide caused by Typhoon No. 25.
Reopening applies to the Shikahara forest road
The city’s official page includes a location map. This announcement concerns this forest road only; it does not mean restrictions on nearby prefectural or other municipal roads have been lifted.
