Roads reopen at Tozaki, Urata and Horyuji; other restrictions may remain
Kimitsu announced access at two locations on September 25. Futtsu's Somekawa road at Horyuji reopened September 24; this is not an all-route clearance.
Kimitsu announced September 25 that Prefectural Route 23 (Kisarazu–Sueyoshi) at Tozaki and National Route 410 at Urata are passable. Alternating one-way traffic or other restrictions may remain; neither announcement clears the entire route.
Futtsu announced September 25 that the Somekawa road at Horyuji reopened September 24 after a typhoon closure. The reopening date differs from the announcement date.
