Chiba soy sauce gourmet fair comes to Kisarazu, Kimitsu and Futtsu from October 1
A food fair featuring Chiba soy sauce and local ingredients begins October 1, with pork steak, black ajillo and Meisui Mochibuta pork dishes available across three Kazusa cities.
Local soy sauce dishes across three Kazusa cities
Chiba Prefecture will hold the Chiba Soy Sauce Gourmet Fair 2026 from Thursday, October 1 through Sunday, November 15. Restaurants and accommodations across the prefecture will serve dishes combining Chiba-made soy sauce with local agricultural and seafood products.
Participating Kazusa venues are in Kisarazu, Kimitsu and Futtsu. Availability and serving periods may vary by venue.
Pork steak, black ajillo and local pork
- Kisarazu: pork steak set at Katsuhana and black ajillo and wild boar dishes at Kimagure Usagi
- Kimitsu: pork steak at Katsuhana and seafood black ajillo at Mother Farm Glamping Green Base
- Futtsu: peanut tofu with soy sauce sauce at Umibe-no-Yu Kanaya and a Meisui Mochibuta pork-and-egg rice bowl at Mother Farm FARM DINER
Mos Burger Kisarazu is also listed, but its menu details were still being prepared in the prefecture’s notice.
Collect LINE stamps for prize drawings
Visitors can add Chiba Prefecture’s official LINE account and collect a stamp when ordering or buying an eligible item. Prizes include a prefectural accommodation stay, day bus tours, Chiba vegetables and a Chi-ba-kun shopping bag.
