Uchibo Line resumes between Kimitsu and Kazusa-Minato; Kururi Line suspension remains south of Kururi
The Uchibo Line resumed between Kimitsu and Kazusa-Minato around 10:04. Service remains suspended farther south, while the Kururi Line remains suspended from Kururi to Kazusa-Kameyama all day.
Uchibo Line resumes as far as Kazusa-Minato
JR East says service between Kimitsu and Kazusa-Minato resumed at around 10:04 on September 8. Delays continue between Kisarazu and Kazusa-Minato.
Suspension continues south of Kazusa-Minato
Service from Kazusa-Minato to Chikura is expected to resume around evening. Chikura to Awa-Kamogawa remains suspended all day, and Chiba to Kimitsu is operating at a greatly reduced frequency.
Kururi Line remains suspended south of Kururi
Kururi to Kazusa-Kameyama remains suspended all day. No replacement buses are operating on either line. Check JR East before travel.
