Katsusai Futtsu

A set meal combining loin pork cutlet with a thick, meaty fried horse mackerel (aji fry) from the Boso region is repeatedly mentioned as a popular menu item, with the plump thickness of the aji fry and the juiciness of the loin cutlet both praised.
