Evening support: Kisarazu charging until 21:00 and free bathing at Kimitsu-no-Yu

Kisarazu opens Hachimandai and Kamatari Community Centers for charging until 21:00 on September 23, and during each facility's opening hours from September 24. Bring your own charging equipment.

Kimitsu announces free bathing at Kimitsu-no-Yu (Sotominowa 154) for people unable to bathe at home because of water or power cuts. Show identification with your name and address and explain the damage at reception. Access follows facility business hours; queues and changes to support may occur.

Sodegaura's 16:00 notice also adds Nagaura, Negata and Hirakawa as voluntary shelters, alongside Civic Hall and Hiraoka.

Futtsu Civic Hall's charging hours below ended at 17:00 today; no evening extension has been announced. Tokyo Bay Plaza Hotel's free bathing in Kisarazu is announced until 22:00 tonight.

September 23 afternoon information

On September 23, the four cities announced support for people unable to charge phones or bathe at home because of Typhoon 25 and power cuts.

Kimitsu charging

Matsuoka Community Center (Hirooka 1840-1) and Oragawa (Nishiawakura 36) are listed as available all day in the city's early-afternoon notice. Obitsu Public Hall (Sueyoshi 128) is available until 17:15; arrangements after that will be announced separately. Bring your own charger. Power strips are limited, so bring one if possible.

Sodegaura charging

Use City Hall's South Building, Civic Hall, or Nagaura, Negata, Hiraoka and Hirakawa Community Centers during their opening hours. Bring charging equipment. The late-morning notice also lists Civic Hall and Hiraoka as shelters; this does not make every charging location a shelter.

Futtsu charging

Futtsu Civic Hall opens temporarily from 09:00 to 17:00 on September 23 for people affected by power cuts. Bring your charger and cable.

Kisarazu free bathing

Tokyo Bay Plaza Hotel, 2-2-1 Shinden, opens its large bath free of charge from 11:00 to 22:00 on September 23 for people unable to bathe at home due to power cuts and related difficulties. Bring a towel; waiting may be necessary. Ask the hotel at 0438-25-8888 about detailed eligibility.
