Mikazuki offers free bathing; weekday reception closes at 20:00
Bring proof of residence in a Chiba outage area and towels. On September 24, Bay Plaza bathing ends at 22:00 and three charging sites close at 21:30.
Ryugujo Spa Hotel Mikazuki, Kitahamacho 1, Kisarazu, starts free public-bath access on September 24 for people affected by power outages. Weekday bathing is 16:00–21:00, with last admission at 20:00.
Mikazuki requirements
Bring identification showing residence in a power-outage area in Chiba Prefecture and your own towels. Register your name, contact details and party size at the spa building's day-use reception. The offer covers bathing in the public bath only.
The end date depends on disaster recovery. Weather or crowding may affect access. Check weekend reception times and changes with the facility, 0438-41-8111, or city notices before leaving.
Other September 24 evening support
- Tokyo Bay Plaza Hotel, Shinden 2-2-1: free bathing 11:00–22:00 for people unable to bathe at home because of outages or similar disruption, including non-residents of Kisarazu. Bring towels. Phone 0438-25-8888.
- Hachimandai, Kamatari and Fukuta community centers: charging access 08:30–21:30. Bring chargers and cables.
Charging has expanded from the previous day's two centers ending at 21:00 to three centers ending at 21:30 on September 24. Follow each facility's current instructions.
