September 23 water distribution is 08:00–20:00, confirmed by this morning’s city notices and the utility’s current page. This corrects the 09:00 start for September 23 onward in the earlier text below. The same six locations serve Seiwa, Matsuoka and Kameyama. Bring containers.

September 22 announcement

Emergency water supply now covers six locations in Kimitsu’s Seiwa, Matsuoka and Kameyama districts. September 22 service ends at 20:00. The water authority plans service from 09:00 to 20:00 on September 23 and subsequent days.

Seiwa locations

• Seiwa Elementary School (東日笠522): from 09:00 on September 22.
• Former Natural Recreation Village Management Center (大岩286): added from 18:00.
• Mishima Shrine entrance (宿原844): added from 18:00.

Matsuoka and Kameyama locations

Service started at 16:00 on September 22 at these sites:

• Matsuoka Community Center (広岡1840番地1)
• Kameyama Community Center (坂畑321番地1)
• Sasa parking area at Fureai Park Kimitsu roadside station (笹1765番地9)

Bring bottles or water containers. Road closures remain; check the service and your route before leaving.

In addition to the roughly 650 households in our earlier Seiwa report, outages began on September 22 afternoon for around 1,340 households in the Otomi, Sakahata and Kuratama distribution areas. Restoration timing remains undetermined. Extra water stations do not mean that tap-water service has returned.
