Animal welfare event at Aeon Mall Kisarazu brings together four cities on September 19
A free event on living with pets and local animal welfare services will be held at Aeon Mall Kisarazu on September 19, featuring talks, an emergency-food class for dogs and live music.

A dog and cat welfare week event will be held at the first-floor South Atrium of Aeon Mall Kisarazu from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, September 19, 2026. Admission is free.
Living with pets and animal services across four cities
A talk on living with pets begins at 10:15 a.m., followed at 11:20 a.m. by an introduction to animal welfare work by Chiba Prefecture and the cities of Kisarazu, Sodegaura, Kimitsu and Futtsu. At noon, a food specialist will discuss emergency food that owners can share with dogs and hydration during lingering summer heat.
Volunteer discussion and live music
A discussion on local volunteer activity begins at 1:10 p.m. At 2:30 p.m., Kisarazu-born singer-songwriter Keita Ishiwata will perform a short live set.
Pets are not allowed inside Aeon Mall Kisarazu, even in carriers, except within PETEMO. Check the official Aeon Mall Kisarazu notice before visiting for program details and rules.
