Sodegaura closes Nagaura shelter; Civic Hall and Hiraoka remain open
The city’s 17:15 email announced the closure. Two of the three shelters in the afternoon report remain open.
Sodegaura announced on September 22 evening that the Nagaura Exchange Center shelter had closed because no evacuees remained. The official email arrived at 17:15.

Our earlier report said three shelters remained open after all evacuation information was lifted. Nagaura has now closed, leaving two in this announcement.
