Futtsu opens a Sunday disaster-certificate application desk on September 27

Futtsu will accept disaster and damage-notification certificate applications on Sunday, September 27, 09:00–16:30, at City Hall, first-floor Taxation Division counter 8. This follows the September 23 holiday desk. Weekday reception remains 09:00–16:30; same-day issue is not guaranteed.

A risai certificate assesses damage to a home occupied at the time of the disaster. Damage to vehicles, carports or shops uses a damage-notification certificate. Prepare the application and identification. Damage photographs are required for the self-assessment method. A representative appointment form is needed for proxies outside the same household.
