Kisarazu disaster-certificate desk closed September 26–27; notification certificates free from the 28th
Applications are scheduled to resume September 28 at the Crisis Management Division, Sparkle City Kisarazu 8F, weekdays 09:00–16:30.
Kisarazu announced on September 25 that applications for disaster certificates and damage-notification certificates will not be accepted on Saturday, September 26 or Sunday, September 27. Reception is scheduled to resume on Monday, September 28.
Counter and fee change
The counter is the Crisis Management Division, Sparkle City Kisarazu 8F, 1-2-1 Fujimi, open weekdays 09:00–16:30. The city says a revised ordinance makes damage-notification certificates free from September 28.
Applicants need identification and damage photographs among the required documents. Check city guidance for the relevant certificate. Inquiries: 0438-23-7094.
